A Vintage Wedding Photo Shoot
A few weeks ago we collaborated with Philadelphia-based photographer Dave Austria to produce a vintage wedding photo shoot full of inspiration. It took place at the historic Elkins Estate in Pennsylvania, a beautiful wedding and event venue. We bring you some nontraditional wedding dresses (a smart way to find a unique ensemble for your big day while saving a bit on expense) alongside romantic and vintage décor. It was so much fun designing paper goods to match the theme. We mixed a bit of whimsy with a palette of mints and peaches for a new set of invites we're dubbing Sweet Garland.

We're so excited to debut this new suite full of hand-drawn florals! There are a lot of fun ways you can incorporate paper goods into your wedding, as you can see:
A little cheeky fun
A darling sign that's perfect for a little ring bearer to parade down the aisle, announcing the blushing bride
We'd like to point out the beautiful Alice+Olivia maxi pleated dress in the next couple of photos. We love the open exposed back with leather trim. The dress had so much body and movement to it for quite the dramatic effect.
This was one of our favorite shots from the entire shoot:
Looking for a dramatic backdrop? Look no further, we have the girl for you! Our set design genius, Hanna Kim, designed an elegant butterfly field with moss and driftwood. Completing the picture is a flouncy Tibi dress paired with lovely bands headpieces, which are perfectly bohemian, don't you think?
Here's an amazing behind-the-scenes look at how this project was put together. Many thanks to the very talented Eliu Cornielle for recording the whole process!
