Entwined Event at The Daily

Every couple months, Thea and I host an event called Entwined. We pick a neighborhood spot, invite our wedding industry colleagues and friends, and catch up, enjoy cocktails, and have some laughs. It's been a great way to stay in touch with what's going on in the wedding world and frankly, a great way to take a break. Being your own boss means working all hours of the day (and night) and sometimes you need to force yourself to break eye-contact with your computer monitor, if only for a little while! We were honored to welcome some special guests this time–Tamra Sanford of Ever Swoon, Anne Chertoff - wedding editor/blogger extraordinaire, Vané Broussard of Brooklyn Bride, Xochitl Gonzalez of A.a.B Creates and Heather Lee from Brides Magazine. Thanks so much for joining us!Our good friend Tim Gibson also graciously agreed to snap some photos of our merry-making. We were a little worried since the venue was dimly lit, but I think you'll agree that Tim played that to his advantage and made us all look quite glamorous! Thanks Tim!! Also, a big thank you to The Daily, the great Nolita bar that hosted our event–they put up with us crowding into their space; we hope we didn't drive you crazy!
